Katherine (Kat) Johnson is a Southern California native. She has lived and worked in the area over 25 years. She enjoys the lifestyle that the area affords her family. Her spiritual back ground and upbringing gave her an ability to be flexible in her relationships with people allowing her the opportunity to understand the wants and needs of others. Although Kat is a very hard worker, she also understands the importance of family. She has 2 grown children and a great husband of 36 years. The reason she made a decision to become a manager was to help agent increase their bottom line and to teach them to have their best year ever. She values family time and sharing love amongst the people closest to her. This is also a value she carries that makes her relatable to friends, family and potential recruits and clients.
